Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has been ruling the Independence Day for a few years now and 2018 won’t be different. The actor is ready with his latest release Gold which also stars Mouni Roy. Talking about the movie, Akshay Kumar says that the movie is very special to him and feels that every one should know this story. Gold is directed by Reema Kagti and is based on first-ever Olympic gold medal after Independence. The movie focuses on the Golden era of Indian hockey. Besides Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy, the film promises power-packed performances by an ensemble cast – Kunal Kapoor, Sunny Kaushal, Amit Sadh, Vineet Kumar Singh and Nikita Dutt. The film is all set to release on August 15.
